Greetings.

The inaugural blog post is nothing more than an announcement that this blog is up and running. People have asked for me to share what I know of cooking with them, and this medium makes it convenient. I may stray from time to time from the general thrust (ooh, naughty) of that subject matter, but overall, I'm going to attempt to keep all information concise, economical, and structured around cooking.

First post will be about pork. Vegetarians, do not fret. I dated a vegan for three years - while I love meat and champion it's consumption, I see the hurdles you have to overleap due to your ethical dietary choices, and I sympathize. You will be dealt with.
